How do I remove caps from a YoYoJam Yo-Yo?
The most efficient way is to find a suction cup, available at most hobby stores, about the same size of the cap. It will stick onto the cap and pull off fairly easily.
How do I remove the bearing from a YoYoJam Yo-Yo?
There are a few different ways। Though at your own risk, pliers can pull the bearing off just pull and wiggle gently. The most effective way we have found is the find a ผinch dowel pin, available at Home Depot, stick it on the inside of the bearing and wiggle it off। Only works if the bearing is on the non-axle side though.
How do I remove the axle from a YoYoJam Yo-Yo?
If you are changing the axle, use a pair of pliers with something soft, like a rubber band, wrapped around the axle। Turn counter clockwise and the axle will unscrew off.
My yoyo doesn't screw tightly anymore, how can I fix it?
If your axle is worn from a lot of screwing and unscrewing of your yoyo, you can use Lock-Tite, available at most department stores, to solve that problem। You may also order another axle from the YoYoJam sales department.
How do I make my YoYoJam yoyo return?
There are different skill levels that each yoyo is optimal at. The different response systems are also customizable for each yoyo player. By closing and opening the gap, that should give you the response you need. If you need more response use YoYoJAM Thick Lubricant for the best results. Place it directly on the bearing. Add a drop or two until you can get the yoyo to return.
